medium handmade wooden spatula for stirring and turning carved from Black Walnut wood.

This is a new wooden spatula kitchen utensil design made from Walnut wood, Cherry wood, or Maple wood.

We will be setting it at two to three weeks.

12 inches long and 2 1/4 inches wide.

The blade part is 5 inches long.

Slightly curved blade is flat on top and rounded on the bottom tapering to a thin edge on the front.

Great for chopping up ground meat in the pan.

Use it for stirring and sauteing.

Use it for turning or roux making.

Finished with beeswax and mineral oil.

This treatment or some kind of oil will need to be applied every couple of weeds.

I recommend applying it with a pad of 0000 steel wool.

This will keep the spoon as smooth as when it comes out of the box.

This utensil is “pre-washed” so to speak.

The grain has been raised with water during the finishing process to remove any loose fiber ends so the spoon will remain smooth after you use it.

A 4 oz.

jar lasts for a long time and it will help to keep your spoon looking and feeling good for many years.

You can make your own by melting 1 part beeswax into 3 parts mineral oil in a double boiler.

It should be the consistency of ChapStick when it cools.
